3. Smash-proof steel toes has layers of inside & outside rubber insulation layers, sponge comfortable layer, insulation paper, comfort foam layer and interlock lining, insulating and comfortable.
4. Steel middle layer of the shoe can stop impale. On the bottom and beneath of the steel layer there are rubber insulating layer, insulating paper, comfortable foam layer and interlock lining. Outstanding stripes on the outer bottom are anti-slipping.
5. Sizes: 7 different sizes from 39 to 46.

The fire fighter boots apply to the protection of feet from burn, cut or scratch during fire fighting, emergency or disaster rescue, traffic accident or vehicle extraction rescue etc.

Ø Oil Resistance: Volume change is -2%~+10% when the boots are soaked into #1 oil among temperature of 23℃±2℃ for 24h.
Ø Acid & Alkali Resistance: Almost no change when the boots are soaked into 3.7mol/L acid & alkali and 6.0mol/L sodium hydroxide among temperature 23℃±2℃ for 70h±2h.
Ø Corrosion Resistance of Metal gasket: No corrosion performance after soaked into sodium chloride water of 0.25% concentration for 48h.
Ø Anti-smash Properties: After being smashed by hammer weight of 23kg drawing distance 300mm and static pressure of 10.7kn, the clearance height of the toes not less than 15mm each time.
Ø Puncture Resistance: The puncture resisting force of the outer bottom is bigger than 1100N.
Ø Cutting Resistance: The boots were not impaled after cut by knife of weight 800g.
Ø Electrical Insulation Properties: The break down voltage not less than 5000v, leakage current less than 3mA.
Ø Heat Insulating Property: The temperature of inner bottom not higher than 22℃ after being heated for 30min.
Ø Thermal Radiation Penetration Resistance: The temperature of vamp not higher than 22℃ after thermal radiation flux of 10Kw/m2±1 Kw/m2 for 1min.
Ø Water Resistance: No water seapage phenomenon.
